What is the American ambitiousness? The American dream is the traditional mixer ideals of the US, such as equality, democracy, and temporal prosperity. In the book The jungle  by Upton Sinclair, Sinclair portrays the American dream as freedom, respect, equality, because that is what one knows to be The American conceive of Â. When Sinclair immigrated to the joined States, his main goal was to win that American Dream  because from what he heard, America was everything hed ever valued but when reality hit, Sinclair agnize that not every depressive disorder is not exactly as scrupulous as it seems to be. When Jurgis make placed in his hearthstone country he met the passionateness of his conduct, a girl named Ona at a horse farm. however unlikely, they didnt have enough coin to nevertheless af ford a marriage. Ona and Jurgis established that they needed that gold to be able to live a successful life and be able to chance married so they pertinacious to immigrate to America, Chicago to be precise. Jurgis was quickly able to conduct a job and because he was a strong troops he easily got a job working with the cattle. In the beginning, America was everything theyd ever imagined until Jurgis realized he was being cheated out of what he thought was the dream long hours, no pay, children miss school, being cheated out of his money, and even his proclaim wife Ona couldnt invite time off for her own wedding. More reasons for the two to recall the American Dream is a fraud.\nJurgis then was told by his wife Ona that a man named Conner had ransacked her which sent Jurgis to rage and experience Conner just to earn 30 days in shut away which didnt help anything in their bridle-path to happiness.
